Comic Art Museum - Brussels

1. Who are we looking for?

We are looking for independent artists who are active in:micro-publishing, fanzines, illustrations, or other creative forms related to comics.

Applications will be assessed on the basis of:

- the diversity of profiles and graphic styles,

- the variety of the proposed objects, whereby the offering must primarily be related to comics.

2. Participation conditions

Each selected artist will have a table to display and sell their creations. It is possible to participate as a group, but please submit only one application. Sales will be made directly by the exhibitors (who will manage their own cash registers).

Please note that this call for applications is not open to publishers or institutions, but only to designers.

Although the market spans two weekends, sellers are only selected for one weekend. They commit to being present and ensuring sales throughout the entire weekend in which they participate.

Each stand corresponds approximately to a rectangular table (dimensions?). Other ways of using the space can be considered and discussed with the team.

Please note that the number of places is limited and that the museum cannot accept all applications.

Participation costs €10 per sales stand.

3. How to apply?

Fill in our registration form before 17 October 2025 and include:

- A motivation letter

- A description of the items you would like to sell (not everything has to be related to comics, but at least one of the products should be)

- Your preferred dates (1st or 2nd weekend)

4. Calendar

17 September 2025: opening of registrations

17 October 2025: registrations close
03 November 2025: announcement of selected participants
           + start of communication
13 and 14 December 2025: first weekend of the winter fair

20 and 21 December 2025: second weekend of the winter fair
